Care Instructions

Product Care

Each piece is carefully crafted, and we want to ensure that you enjoy them for a long time. Please read and follow these care instructions:

Handmade Variations: Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece may be unique and differ slightly in terms of color, size, and design. Embrace these variations as part of the charm and uniqueness of your item.

Color Variations: Colors may vary slightly in reality compared to what you see on computer or phone screens. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but please be aware that there may be slight differences in color due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.

Fading: As our products are handmade, the color may naturally fade over time, especially when exposed to various environmental factors such as sunlight, moisture, and excessive handling. This fading process typically occurs gradually and may start after approximately 12 months of use. To maintain the original appearance, we recommend storing it in the provided fabric bag.

Gold Plating: Our pieces are dipped in gold water to achieve a rustic golden shade, not to add intrinsic value to the product. However, this process is commonly referred to as "gold plating”. Please note that the gold plating may naturally wear off over time due to regular use, contact with water, and exposure to oils and lotions.

Nickel Plating: Products with a silver tone are nickel plated. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to nickel, please check the product description or reach out to our customer service team for more information before making a purchase.

Base Material and Oxidation: All our pieces are made from brass, which is subjected to oxidization over time. This may result in a gradual change in color and appearance, contributing to the unique patina and vintage-inspired look of your item. Avoid exposure to excessive humidity, water, and chemicals to minimize oxidation.

Storage: Keep your pieces in the fabric bag provided to protect them from dust, moisture, and potential scratches. Avoid storing them in damp areas or in direct sunlight.

Water and Alcohol: To maintain the longevity of your items, we recommend keeping them away from water and alcohol-based products such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities that may expose them to excessive moisture or chemicals.

Avoid Rough Handling: Treat your handmade pieces with care and avoid rough handling or pulling, as this may cause damage or deformation.

Regular Cleaning: Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove any oils, dirt, or residue that may have accumulated. This helps to preserve their shine and overall appearance.

Please note that these care instructions are general guidelines. If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding the care of your particular item, feel free to contact our customer service team for personalized assistance.
