Exchanges Within Pakistan

We offer one exchange per order within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging
• Accompanied by your order details

Exchanges within Pakistan

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• The name of the item
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once we review and approve your request, we'll guide you through the exchange process.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different design or for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, we'd be happy to help. We simply ask that you cover the cost of sending the item back to us. We'll take care of dispatching your replacement once we receive and inspect the original piece.

International Orders

We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.

Please note that shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
